Spring Rush 2007
Are you looking to meet a fun group of people and make new friends?
An excellent way to do this is to join a student organization. There are various organizations on campus, but few meet the social, academic, and professional needs like Triangle Fraternity. Triangle is not your typical fraternity as we limit our membership to students majoring in engineering, science, and architecture. But you might ask, “What’s in it for ME?”
We believe in creating an academic and social atmosphere based on the mutual respect and brotherhood that develops among men pursuing similar interests. With an entire fraternity of men pursuing similar majors, you instantly have a forty man study group that can help you stay focused and excel in your studies. But we also know that college is not all about schoolwork, and while we pride ourselves on maintaining a high academic standard, we still know college should be an amazing experience. Triangle provides a social outlet to make your college years memorable. We provide a wide variety of events for you to participate in, so whatever you’re into, we’ve got something for you.
Want more information? No problem! Just stop by Rush from Jan. 22-25, 6-9pm each night (except Monday, from 5-8pm) to talk to some of our great brothers. Or you can find any brother on campus wearing their Triangle shirt and ask them some questions. And remember, all Rush events are alcohol-free and completely laid-back.
EVENTS FOR RUSH WEEK:
Monday – Tailgate Night: Show your cardinal spirit and come out to watch the UofL/UConn basketball game on the big screen. We will have the grill fired up all night!
Tuesday – Deep Fried Night: Ever wonder what a deep-fried Snickers tasted like? Me neither, but I’m willing to try it! Come sample some traditional deep-fried foods and maybe some not so traditional ones too.
Wednesday – Polar Bear Slip-N-Slide: Bring your winter coat and come be part of a Triangle Spring Rush tradition! We’re serving up chili to keep everyone warmed up.
Thursday – Bid Night: This is the night where we invite guys to join the fraternity. Come meet some of our alumni and hear their stories about their days in college and in the fraternity.
Friday – Brotherhood Night: We welcome our newest members to the fraternity with a night out to Bearno’s Pizza.
